Job summary

Fanatics is seeking an AI Production Designer to turn licensed concepts into production-ready work across digital and physical products. You will combine Photoshop craft with AI-assisted workflows, maintaining brand and league integrity while enabling speed and scale.

Ideal candidates bring advanced Photoshop/Illustrator skills, 4+ years in production design, and a track record of delivering high-quality assets for digital, print, apparel, or product applications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with generative image tooling and workflows including prompt design and batch generation.
• Four or more years of professional experience in production design, production art, or graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, including compositing, retouching, color correction, masking, paths, actions, and Smart Objects; InDesign and Figma knowledge preferred.
• Experience preparing production-ready files for digital, print, apparel, or product applications with strong knowledge of formats, resolution, color spaces, and platform delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, merchandising, product development, marketing, licensing, and production teams to align creative direction with brand requirements.
• Document templates, production standards, and repeatable workflows to scale output.
• Translate brand assets into accurate, production-ready work across digital and physical products.
