Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Head of Transformation to join a fast-moving AI-native product organization.

Reporting to the CPO, you will translate vision into operating rhythm, connect product, design, engineering and business, and drive critical bets with structure and follow‑through. You will design the product operating model, lead transformation programs, and build decision infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in product, strategy, or related roles, ideally in tech or healthcare tech.
• Proven ability to stand up new processes and gain buy-in.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and modern operating models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to executives.
• Strong product intuition and ability to speak in roadmaps and trade-offs.
• Structured thinking under ambiguity.
• Comfort as individual contributor, eager to build from ground up.
• High emotional intelligence and organizational savvy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CPO to prepare briefing materials and drive follow-through.
• Own the CPO's planning calendar and quarterly/annual planning cycles.
• Translate inputs into clear recommendations and narratives for senior audiences.
• Design and stand up the product operating model with OKRs and governance.
• Lead transformation programs spanning organizational design and AI adoption.
• Build decision infrastructure and async-first working norms.
