Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. hiring a Head of Transformation to drive operating rhythm and cross-functional alignment for a fast-growing AI-native product organization. You will partner with the CPO to translate vision into executable programs spanning product, design, engineering, data science, and GTM teams.

You will design planning processes, lead critical initiatives, and roll up sleeves to manage strategic programs, dashboards, and organizational design to accelerate decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7-12+ years in product, strategy, or operations, in tech or healthcare tech.
• Proven ability to build new processes and earn buy-in without direct authority.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and modern product operating models.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong product intuition and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up the product operating model for an AI-native organization, including portfolio prioritization, OKR processes, and roadmaps governance.
• Build lightweight reporting cadences that provide real-time progress visibility to leadership.
• Drive quarterly and annual planning by coordinating inputs from product, engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams.
• Lead transformation programs spanning organizational design, AI adoption, and cross-functional change management.
