Qualifications

• 1–5 years in product specialist, customer success, consulting or related customer-facing tech role.
• Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions.
• Experience in clinical research, drug development, R&D, or regulatory submission software preferred.
• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate solutions clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure software solutions to meet customer requirements, including workflows and AI prompts.
• Translate customer processes into effective product configurations and approaches.
• Train customers, end users, and administrators on configured solutions.
• Manage and coordinate projects, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Provide post-go-live support across multiple accounts.
• Support pre-sales by understanding needs and demonstrating solutions.
• Analyze deployment of new product features and capabilities.
• Maintain production and sandbox environments for reliable operations.
• Create regular and ad hoc customer reports.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to manage expectations.
