Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmaps, and execution for enterprise AI platforms and internal portfolio management. You will partner with engineering, design, data science, IT, security, and business stakeholders to build products people rely on.

You will own agile planning, define KPIs, and present progress to executives, shaping how thousands of employees plan, decide, and work with AI to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in enterprise software and SaaS.
• Experience building enterprise AI or generative AI products.
• Owns products from strategy through launch and optimization.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development.
• Experience with engineering, UX and cross-functional teams.
• Influences executives without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and prioritization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, RAG and enterprise AI architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define a long-term product vision for enterprise AI and portfolio tools.
• Lead products using generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents and search.
• Own internal platforms for portfolio planning and executive reporting.
• Provide leadership visibility into investments, risks, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to set success metrics and governance.
• Translate stakeholder needs into prioritized requirements and manage backlog.
• Use research and data to improve product decisions.
• Present strategy and roadmap progress to executives.
