Job summary

Eight Eleven Group is seeking a highly technical Product Owner to lead an AI Development team, bridging product strategy, AI innovation, and engineering execution. You will own and prioritize the backlog for .NET, Azure, and AI-driven applications, and lead delivery of enterprise AI initiatives from concept through production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, PO, or a technical leadership role.
• Open to traditional PO or hands-on technologist taking PO responsibilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application design.
• Proven leadership of enterprise AI/ML initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of LLMs, AI integration patterns, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts.
• Experience defining and prioritizing work for engineering teams.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define user stories and acceptance criteria for application and AI features.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML capabilities, including LLM solutions, intelligent automation, personalization, and conversational AI.
• Guide best practices in prompt design, context engineering, and AI integration patterns.
• Collaborate with teams leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI services, and data pipelines.
• Participate in architecture, release planning, and Agile ceremonies to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Align AI strategy with business objectives and engineering execution.
