Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, PO, or a technical leadership role.
• Open to traditional PO or hands-on technologist taking PO responsibilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application design.
• Proven leadership of enterprise AI/ML initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of LLMs, AI integration patterns, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts.
• Experience defining and prioritizing work for engineering teams.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Open to someone who's a traditional Product Owner or, someone who comes from a hands-on technical background (Architect, Sr. Dev., etc.) who's taken on some PO responsibilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application design.
• Proven leadership of enterprise AI/ML initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of LLMs, AI integration patterns, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts.
• Experience defining and prioritizing work for engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Background transitioning from Software Engineer to Product Owner or Technical Product Manager.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, machine learning pipelines, and AI data platforms.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Terraform, Bicep, and observability tools.
• Experience supporting eCommerce, retail, or large-scale digital platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Combines a strong software engineering background with product ownership experience.
• Has successfully delivered AI-powered applications in Azure environments.
• Can comfortably lead technical discussions around AI architecture, implementation, and integration.

Pay range and compensation package

135k-140k
