Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered products. You will work with data science, engineering, and UX teams to translate business problems into AI/ML requirements and measure success with clear KPIs.

This role requires strong Agile leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with Generative AI and data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• PM/Owner or business analysis experience.
• Experience as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for AI-driven products.

• Work with Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, and Architecture teams to define solutions.
• Prioritize features based on value, impact, feasibility, and risk.
• Define epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Collaborate on use cases involving Generative AI, LLMs, predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decisioning.
• Understand AI model capabilities, data needs, performance, and business impact.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for AI products.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Ownerto lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience combined with a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and data-driven products.

The Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, architects, and UX teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver scalable AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlogfor AI-driven products.
• Translate business problems and customer needs into clear AI/ML product requirements and user stories.
• Work closely with Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, and Technology teams to define solutions.
• Prioritize product features based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and risk.
• Define epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams on use cases involving Generative AI, LLMs, predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decisioning.
• Understand AI model capabilities, limitations, data requirements, model performance, and business impact.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for AI products.
• Coordinate UAT, product validation, release planning, and production adoption.
• Identify and manage product risks related to AI governance, data privacy, security, bias, explainability, and compliance.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for product innovation.

Required Skills:

• Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business/Product Analysis.
• Strong experience working as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML or Generative AI products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, GenAI, AI/ML use cases, and AI-driven applications.
• Experience defining product roadmaps, backlogs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, and architecture teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining product KPIs, metrics, and business outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, or conversational AI.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning model development and deployment lifecycle.
• Experience with data products, analytics platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, data security, and privacy.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile platforms.
• Product Owner, CSPO, SAFe, or similar certification is a plus.
