Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies in Redmond, WA seeks an experienced AI Product Owner/Lead to drive end-to-end AI programs and cross-functional initiatives. You will bridge business needs with engineering delivery, guiding product owners and teams to predictable, high-impact outcomes.

Lead functional AI initiatives, translate requirements into features, and oversee backlog and governance while collaborating with stakeholders and engineering to ensure alignment with Dynamics 365 best practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in AI Product Management or Technical Program Management.
• Functional experience with AI programs & skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-functional programs involving AI programs and integrated enterprise systems.
• Drive program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across Agile/Scrum teams.
• Establish and maintain program governance, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering.
