Job summary

NinjaHoldings—Chicago-based fintech—seeks a Sr. Product Manager to drive initiatives impacting loan volume and portfolio performance. You will prioritize the lending roadmap, working with Marketing, Risk, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance to align on key goals and maintain BAU work.

The role favors a data‑driven, analytical, technically adept leader who can move from big picture to detailed implementation, delivering scalable solutions through cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in financial services.
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments.
• Experience writing requirements for engineering and other teams.
• Experience supporting or leading decision engines or technical platforms.
• Strong ability to prioritize projects with disparate goals.
• Ability to pitch ideas using data and strategic thinking.
• Capable of distilling customer needs for cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset to assess impact on product success.
• Expertise in risk, marketing, or software engineering.
• Hands‑on fluency with AI tools in product work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize strategic projects with Risk, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, and Legal.
• Translate technical requirements for development readiness.
• Use data to evaluate impact and guide department decisions.
• Be the nexus of product understanding across risk, marketing, engineering, and compliance.
• Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Drive A/B testing and data analysis to improve metrics and portfolio performance.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML across the lending lifecycle and own delivery.
• Use AI tools daily in research, requirements drafting, data analysis, and prototyping.
