Job summary

Logicbroker is seeking a Product Manager in New York to shape AI-powered commerce products. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to translate customer needs into impactful solutions.

You will use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and execution while learning the product lifecycle in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This is ideal for someone early in their product management career who is curious, customer-focused, and eager to grow.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of product management, business analysis, or tech-focused roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills.
• Comfort with using AI tools to improve productivity and learning.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and willingness to experiment.
• Collaborative mindset across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs to support lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Translate customer needs from interviews, feedback and analytics into solutions.
• Understand retailer/supplier workflows across ecommerce ecosystems.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research and insights.
• Participate in AI-assisted prototyping and feature validation with engineering.
• Support product launches, documentation, and internal enablement.
