Versant Media, LLC is seeking a highly organized Product Manager to support product development, operations, and delivery. You will translate customer needs into clear requirements, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive AI-driven innovation in movie-ticketing experiences.

This hands-on role combines product research, administrative support, project coordination, and collaboration with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and Data Science to deliver impactful features and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in product management or related tech role.
• Conceptual understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and semantic search.
• Experience using generative AI tools to support research and productivity.
• Excellent organization, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Product Manager with research, meeting prep, requirements, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and identify AI-driven improvement opportunities.
• Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for features.
• Maintain Jira tickets, project status, dependencies, and blockers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Data Science, Sales, and Support to coordinate delivery.
• Assist testing, release readiness, documentation, and explore AI agents and workflow automation.
