Job summary

Versant Media is seeking a highly organized Product Manager to support product development, operations, and delivery for Fandango1. You will translate customer needs into clear requirements, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and keep product work moving forward.

This hands-on role blends product research, administrative support, project coordination, and AI-driven innovation. You will work with engineering, QA, UX/UI, data science, sales, and support to enhance the movie-ticketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, tech, or related field.
• 2+ years in product management, project coordination, or related tech role.
• Conceptual AI/ML understanding, incl. LLMs, semantic search, AI agents, MCP servers, and APIs.
• Experience using generative AI tools to support research, docs, and productivity.
• Strong organization, communication, analytical skills; ability to drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Product Manager with research, meetings, requirements, docs, and follow-ups.
• Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and identify AI-driven improvements.
• Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain Jira tickets, project status, dependencies, and blockers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Data Science, Sales, and Support to deliver products.
• Support testing, release readiness, and exploration of AI agents, MCP servers, intelligent search, and workflow automation.
