Job summary

Versant's Fandango1 team is seeking a highly organized Product Manager to support product development, operations, and delivery. You'll translate customer needs into clear requirements, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive AI-driven improvements.

You will write user stories, maintain Jira tickets, and collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Data Science, Sales, and Support to keep initiatives on track. A 2+ year track record in product roles and AI familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, project coordination, business analysis, or a related technology role.
• Conceptual understanding of AI/ML, including large language models (LLMs), semantic search, AI agents, MCP servers, and APIs.
• Experience using generative AI tools to support research, documentation, and productivity.
• Excellent organization, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to independently drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Product Manager with research, meeting prep, product requirements, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and identify product and AI-driven improvement opportunities.
• Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for product features and enhancements.
• Maintain Jira tickets, project status, dependencies, and action items, proactively tracking progress and resolving blockers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Data Science, Sales, and Support to coordinate product delivery.
• Support testing, release readiness, documentation, and the exploration of AI agents, MCP servers, intelligent search, and workflow automation.
