Versant Media, operating Fandango1 in the US, seeks a highly organized Product Manager to support product development, operations and delivery. You will translate customer needs into clear requirements, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive AI-driven enhancements that improve the movie-ticketing experience.

You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager to turn ideas into action, improve team efficiency, and shape the future of digital entertainment through agile processes

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of product management, project coordination, business analysis, or related technology role.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, semantic search, AI agents, MCP servers and APIs.
• Experience using generative AI tools to support research, documentation and productivity.
• Excellent organization, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong initiative and ability to independently drive tasks to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Senior Product Manager with research, meeting prep, product requirements and documentation.
• Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Write clear user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria for features.
• Maintain Jira tickets, project status, dependencies and blockers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Data Science, Sales and Support to coordinate delivery.
• Assist testing, release readiness, documentation, and exploration of AI agents and workflow automation.
