Job summary

Brain Co. is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the vertical for financial services. You will lead the roadmap, define standards for each deployment, and partner with AI deployment leads on client sites alongside a dedicated engineering and design team.

You’ll drive the product from on-site discovery through to scalable, reusable capabilities, balancing business needs with technical feasibility in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building products with end-to-end ownership: discovery, launch, iteration.
• Ability to reason about system design and read APIs; collaborate with engineers.
• Experience shipping in complex, document-heavy environments where accuracy matters.
• High attention to detail and fast ramp in unfamiliar domains.
• Exceptional communication, able to explain trade-offs to engineers and CFOs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and self-structuring work.

Responsibilities

• Turn deployments into product; decide what becomes reusable versus account-specific.
• Run discovery on-site with end users (controllers, underwriters, analysts, operators).
• Set the quality bar for each product surface and measure accuracy and adoption.
• Build rather than specify; prototype in design or code.
• Own the accuracy and control model for regulated institutions; ensure safe fail modes.
• Know the market inside out and defend proposals to stakeholders.
