Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking an experienced product leader to own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, and ongoing evolution of collaboration and AI-enabled technology products that support advisor and employee productivity.

You will serve as the accountable product owner for assigned capabilities, partnering with business leaders, architecture, engineering, vendors, and technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in product management or ownership.
• Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder relationships.
• Proven track record delivering technology solutions with measurable business value.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and backlog for assigned technology products.
• Collaborate with business, technology teams, and vendors to improve user experience and outcomes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities to inform strategy and investments.
• Lead intake, analysis, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements and new capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
• Represent user and business priorities throughout the product lifecycle.
