Job summary

American International Group (AIG) seeks a Workforce Productivity Tool Leader to shape and optimize AI-enabled productivity and collaboration tools across the enterprise. The role bridges business needs, technology adoption, and governance to ensure secure, consistent use of tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Anthropic Cowork, Claude, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years in digital workplace, productivity tools or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Anthropic Cowork, Microsoft Copilot and similar tools.
• Experience leading enterprise tool adoption, governance, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, enablement, adoption of AI-powered productivity tools across the enterprise.
• Develop strategy for training, communications, and feedback to maximize value.
• Identify use cases and measure adoption, usage, and productivity gains.
• Define governance standards, security, and lifecycle practices for tools.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal risk, and stakeholders on regulations and alignment.
