HoneyQuote seeks a Senior Product Manager to own critical AI-powered product initiatives across the technology platform, working with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Servicing, Data, Marketing and leadership. Qualifications

5+ years of product management with end-to-end ownership.
Experience shipping AI-powered or AI-enabled products.
Strong technical fluency with engineers and data teams.
Ability to translate problems into product requirements and plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Own product initiatives from discovery to launch, adoption, measurement, and improvement.
Identify customer and business problems and determine appropriate solutions.
Translate objectives into clear product requirements and workflows.
Prototype and test with Engineering and Design; balance speed and quality.
Build AI-powered products and internal tools to boost efficiency.
Conduct user interviews and translate insights into actions.
Prioritize roadmaps based on impact, value, and complexity.
Establish success metrics and evaluate adoption and outcomes.
Coordinate launches, training, and adoption strategies across teams.
Develop scalable processes and reduce manual work where possible.
