Job summary

Empower Pharmacy in Houston is seeking a Product and Labeling Inspector to ensure product integrity, labeling accuracy, and regulatory compliance across the organization’s 503A and 503B operations.

In this role you will lead inspection execution, deviation identification, and release readiness, leveraging AI-enabled tools and digital records to improve accuracy, speed, and audit readiness across manufacturing, packaging, and distribution workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with 503A/503B operations and quality systems.
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools for inspection accuracy and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Inspection Execution: verify product and label accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Batch Review: ensure records are complete, traceable, and audit-ready.
• Sampling Control: perform representative sampling and maintain records.
• Compliance Assurance: monitor deviations and support regulatory alignment across 503A/503B.
• Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies and support data-driven improvements.
