You will own end-of-line inspection, labeling, packaging, and transfers, ensuring compliance with master batch records and SOPs while mentoring teammates.

This role emphasizes LEAN improvement, documentation accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to align manufacturing with patient safety and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting products against batch records and SOPs.
• Ability to perform accurate calculations and documentation.
• Experience in cGMP environments.
• Detail oriented with visual inspection accuracy.
• Experience training new hires (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and reject nonconforming units.
• Label and package according to records.
• Coordinate transfers across cleanrooms.
• Maintain accurate documentation and deviations.
• Support packaging equipment qualification.
• Train and mentor colleagues.
