Qualifications

• Ability to leverage AI-enabled and digital tools to support inspection accuracy, data analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities in regulated production environments.
• Effective communication and documentation skills with the ability to maintain clarity, compliance, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Visual verification of products and labels to ensure accuracy and release readiness. Leverage AI-assisted detection tools to enhance inspection consistency and identify potential anomalies.
• Batch review for completeness, traceability, and alignment with cGMP requirements using AI-supported tools.
• Sampling procedures to ensure representative selection and accurate records in digital tracking systems.
• Regulatory alignment with 503A/503B requirements using AI-enabled tools to monitor compliance trends.
• Identify, document, and escalate deviations with AI-enabled anomaly reporting tools.
• Prepare inspection data and documentation to support audits.
• Identify inspection inefficiencies and propose AI-driven improvements.
• Analyze inspection data to identify recurring issues and inform decisions.
• Maintain SOP adherence while contributing feedback for process updates.
