Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• End-to-end delivery: taking software from concept to launch, learning, and adoption.
• Technical breadth across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud technologies.
• Applied AI experience with large language models, retrieval, tools, or similar patterns.
• Evaluation experience with automated testing and behavioral evaluation.
• Live-service ownership: telemetry, debugging, reliability, incident response, recovery, and performance improvement.
• User-centered practice: working directly with users, designers, and product leaders to turn evidence into better decisions.
• Engineering craft: clear specifications, maintainable code, thoughtful reviews, and sound trade-offs.
• This role requires up to 50% travel and hybrid office presence.

• Start with the user and work with users and domain experts to map real workflows.
• Test assumptions quickly with concise specs, prototypes, and small releases.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI, and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with instructions, context, and retrieval, using adaptation when needed.
• Build the evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Instrument user journeys to relate adoption and task success to system behavior and cost.
• Ensure responsible use with clear permissions, data handling, and safe rollback.
• Maintain production quality with incremental releases, monitoring, and incident response.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs balancing experience, quality, speed, reliability, and cost.
• Share reusable components and evaluation patterns across the platform.
