Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Creative Product Technologist, Data & AI to design and ship data-visualization, measurement, data-capture, web-app, and AI-enabled tools for clients in sports and entertainment. This hands-on role centers on turning ambiguous briefs into working products with strong UI and data-visualization skills.

You'll leverage AI-assisted development to structure data, connect APIs, and deliver design-grade interfaces and dashboards at speed, partnering with internal and client teams

Qualifications

4–6+ years building and shipping digital products.
AI-native workflows using OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic, and related tools.
Take a product from idea to deployed tool largely on your own.
Comfort with modern JS/TS framework and API integration.

Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and ship fan-facing/internal tools including dashboards and web-apps.
Translate briefs into technical specs, data models, interfaces, and prototypes.
Use AI-assisted workflows for rapid prototyping, QA, documentation, and iteration.
Build dashboards and visual frameworks across performance, social, survey, CRM, and platform data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale outputs.
