Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Delivery Manager / Product Manager to drive delivery and product execution for a data- and AI-driven Change Impact Testing MVP. You will align stakeholders, translate technical trade-offs into business insights, and ensure a smooth handover with training.

You will manage client relationships, backlog, risk scoring methods, and UAT across distributed teams, ensuring timely milestones and well-documented scope adjustments.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience delivering multi-line products with client-facing responsibilities.
• Ability to translate technical trade-offs into business insights for executives.
• Strong track record with AI/data initiatives and risk-based testing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact for multiple product lines and stakeholders.
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Define risk scoring methodologies and algorithmic trade-offs for business use.
• Communicate data/AI trade-offs in business terms for decision-makers.
• Oversee delivery timelines across distributed teams and time zones.
• Lead walkthroughs, document findings, and drive scope updates.
• Own the end-to-end UAT process from criteria to sign-off.
