Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Delivery Manager / Product Manager to drive delivery and product execution for a data- and AI-driven Change Impact Testing MVP. You will align stakeholders, translate technical trade-offs into business insights, and ensure a smooth handover with training.

You will manage client relationships, backlog, risk scoring methods, and UAT across distributed teams, ensuring timely milestones and well-documented scope adjustments.

Job description

We're looking for a Delivery Manager / Product Manager to drive delivery and product execution for an MVP centered on a data- and AI-driven Change Impact Testing and Risk-Based Testing platform. In this role, you'll bring stakeholders into alignment, convert technical trade-offs into business-relevant insights, and ensure a smooth, well-documented handover supported by training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients across multiple concurrent product lines and stakeholder groups
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring franchise context and acceptance criteria are clearly defined
• Bring stakeholders into agreement on risk scoring methodology, signal inputs, and algorithmic choices
• Communicate data and AI trade-offs in business-friendly terms for decision-makers
• Oversee delivery timelines and milestones across distributed, cross-time-zone teams
• Organize and lead shadow walkthrough sessions, document findings, and feed insights back into scope adjustments
• Define, finalize, and oversee the full UAT process, including entry criteria, execution planning, and final sign-off

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in delivery management with ongoing client-facing responsibilities spanning several product lines
• Over 2 years of experience in product ownership, including backlog management and acceptance criteria definition
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, including VPs and senior directors
• Solid skills in gathering requirements for complex technical initiatives
• Deep understanding of data and AI platform architecture, including pipelines, ML lifecycle, vector search, and scoring systems
• Strong grounding in agile delivery and product management practices
• Advanced (C1) English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Nice to have Practical experience delivering ML- or AI-powered data products
• Background in gaming or interactive entertainment
• Understanding of QA, test management, or risk-based testing processes
• Familiarity with tools such as QMetry, Zephyr, Jira, or Perforce
