Job summary

EVEREVE in Edina, MN is seeking a Digital Operations & AI Lead to own the strategy and governance of AI-enabled product data across the company’s digital commerce ecosystem. You will ensure item data is accurate, structured, and scalable to support automation, search, and personalized experiences.

The role partners with merchandising, marketing, technology, stores, and analytics to improve data quality, implement AI-ready operations, and drive catalog performance across web and store channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, product data, digital merchandising, catalog management, or related field.
• Experience leading people, projects, or cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced digital commerce or retail.
• Strong understanding of product data governance, taxonomy, structured attributes, data quality, and publishing workflows.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled operations, automation, search, recommendations, or data readiness for analytics.
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms; familiarity with PIM, MDM, ERP, CMS, or related tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with ability to translate strategy into standards and plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-enabled product data strategy, ensuring item information is structured, governed, scalable, and ready for automation and AI workflows.
• Translate business needs into practical data requirements, standards, workflows, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy through structured data improvements and automation.
• Develop governance standards for product attributes, taxonomy, and publication readiness.
• Oversee end-to-end item lifecycle operations, including setup, enrichment, and publishing readiness.
• Lead two Digital Operations specialists and coach cross-functional partners.
