Job summary

Optomi is seeking a Product Analyst to support cross-functional Agile teams from ideation to delivery, focusing on enhancing AI-enabled user experiences across digital platforms. The role suits someone with product management ambition and a drive to learn in the discipline.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to grow product lines, own SDLC requirements, and lead multiple projects with a strong customer understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years in related roles.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing iteration-level deliverables.
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, AB testing tools and analytics.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Github Copilot, Winsurf, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of a product vision and drive it to fruition.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to grow product lines and strategies.
• Own SDLC requirements gathering, clarification, and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate with IT on development, testing and deployment plans.
• Refine requirements with internal partners and gain buy-in.
• Vet scope, use case, test cases and design specs with UX/QA teams.
