Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, project management, program management, portfolio management, or product management.
• Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based enterprise platforms.
• Ability to create and support user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather user feedback and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Create and maintain business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, roadmap planning, and product delivery activities.
• Partner with Product Managers, engineering, UX, data, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and delivery-readiness activities.
• Analyze product requests and help determine business needs versus nice-to-have functionality.
• Support PPM platform governance, standardization, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, integrations, data flows, and workflow automation.
• Create job aids, knowledge articles, training materials, and user communications.
• Analyze user feedback, support trends, and product data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Stay current with product management practices, PPM technologies, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities.

Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment and technology organization, is seeking a Product Analyst to support the management, optimization, and adoption of internal Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands‑on experience across product management, business analysis, Agile delivery, analytics, and enterprise technology. The Product Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, engineering, UX, data, and business stakeholders to improve internal SaaS and PPM platforms. This role will gather and document requirements, support user stories and backlog activities, coordinate testing, analyze user feedback and reporting, and help drive platform adoption through training, documentation, and change management.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Operations Support, Technology Support, or a similar role
• Hands‑on experience with the Atlassian Cloud suite
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, project management, program management, portfolio management, or product management
• Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based enterprise platforms
• Ability to create and support user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement, and testing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and summarize findings
• Experience supporting change management, training, documentation, communications, or user adoption
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working onsite four days per week
