Job summary

You will design future-state processes, leverage AI tools for benchmarking, and deliver data-driven recommendations while collaborating with senior practitioners and clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for your assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating models.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions across operations.
• Build analytical frameworks using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools.
• Apply AX Design principles to specify AI agent behavior in redesigned processes.
