Responsibilities

• Support the product strategy and roadmap for Private Bank lead and prospect management capabilities.
• Translate advisor, banker, and leadership needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and success criteria.
• Partner with design, technology, analytics, data science, and AI teams to deliver digital tools that improve prospect visibility, workflow efficiency, and conversion outcomes.
• Manage product backlog prioritization in partnership with senior product leads and business stakeholders.
• Drive execution across discovery, requirements, testing, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
• Help define and improve end-to-end prospect journey from lead capture to reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve how advisors manage prospect pipelines and outreach.
• Partner with analytics to build dashboards and reporting for lead sources, pipeline health, and conversion performance.
• Support initiatives that increase prospect growth, improve lead quality, and reduce friction.
