Job summary

Gap Inc. is transforming how its brands use data and AI to shape pricing decisions. The Manager, Pricing Optimization will run models, build scenarios, and distill insights for Old Navy’s pricing and promotions.

You report to the Sr. Manager, Pricing Optimization and own the execution of pricing analytics workstreams, validating outputs from pricing agents, stress-testing scenarios, and helping train pricing agents as the function scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of pricing analytics, demand planning, or related experience.
• Strong proficiency building and running pricing models.
• Experience with AI-generated analytical outputs and validating results.
• Fluent use of reporting and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own markdown and promotional analytics workstreams, building and running pricing models.
• Develop and stress-test AI-scenario simulations for pricing decisions.
• Synthesize demand signals and apply pricing insights across categories.
• Monitor in-season pricing actions and identify risks or optimization opportunities.
• Train pricing agents and collaborate with data science and technology partners.
