Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Pricing Analytics & AI Specialist to drive data-driven pricing strategies, margin optimization, and AI adoption across the Commercial Management organization in the Americas. The role combines advanced analytics, pricing strategy, competitive intelligence, and AI to improve profitability and decision-making for fixed networks.

You will advise commercial leadership, develop AI-powered insights, build dashboards, and support governance, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of pricing analytics or related experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing performance, profitability, discounts, and margin trends across products, services, customers, and regions.
• Develop pricing models, scenario analyses, and financial simulations.
• Lead AI-enabled analytics adoption and develop AI-assisted pricing recommendations.
• Monitor pricing governance and compliance with policies.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to track pricing effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Present findings to senior leadership and translate data into business narratives.
