Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, is hiring a PPC Specialist to own Google Ads day-to-day execution across brand and non-brand Search, Performance Max and Shopping, with Meta campaigns in the mix. You will build campaign structures, optimize routines, and document workflows that scale in a remote, AI-forward environment.

The role offers remote work globally, with potential Dubai office option, relocation and visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience building, managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• 2+ years hands-on experience building, managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Performance Max, Shopping feeds and Merchant Center optimization.
• Ability to design and articulate campaign structure decisions with data-backed rationale.
• Experience handling monthly spend of USD 500,000+.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max and Shopping.
• Manage and optimize Meta campaigns in parallel with Google Ads.
• Run the daily optimization loop and report improvements to Senior Manager, PPC.
• Document AI-assisted workflows and validate outputs against account data.
