Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Technical Program Leader to own the integrated technical plan for a modernization program focused on enterprise AI risk governance across the technology portfolio. You will coordinate efforts across security, architecture, risk and product teams to drive remediation and modernization at scale.

Leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives, you will classify assets, define AI-enabled assessment tooling, and report progress to the Program Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance experience.
• Experience leading multi-workstream technology programs at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan spanning portfolio data, cyber/risk, architecture and tooling workstreams.
• Coordinate execution across cross-functional squads and product teams.
• Assess solution options, manage milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Report program status and blockers to leadership and the Program Director.
• Design AI-enabled governance aligned to NIST AI RMF and ISO standards.
• Facilitate governance meetings and ensure timely issue resolution.
