Job summary

DSplus in Chicago is hiring a full-time Project Manager to coordinate across account, creative, and production teams from intake to delivery. You will develop timelines, manage workflows, and ensure on-time results while embracing AI-enabled tools.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with 3+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Planner, Smartsheet, or Monday.com. Knowledge of marketing or agency environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, workflow coordination, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Microsoft Planner, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from request intake through final delivery.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, milestones, and due dates.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and status updates.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Route projects through creative development, proofing, review, and approval processes.
• Track revisions and ensure feedback is communicated and incorporated appropriately.
• Ensure final deliverables are completed accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve project workflows and reduce administrative effort.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to support project planning, status reporting, documentation, meeting summaries, and workflow management.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
• Other duties as assigned
