NetBox Labs seeks a hands-on Security Architect to design and ship secure systems for our products, cloud, and company. You’ll build platforms and paved paths enabling teams to automate securely with AI agents, while maintaining guardrails and access controls.

Reporting to the Director of Security & IT, you will lead security engineering across SDLC/PDLC, implement threat modeling, and drive production-grade security patterns that scale with the company.

Formación

• 12+ years of security architecture, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT experience.
• Proven track record making scalable architecture decisions for growing companies.
• Recent hands-on delivery of a product, platform, or internal tool relied on by others.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run platforms enabling teams to create secure automations and agent workflows.
• Set evaluation criteria for agent workflows and enforce security controls by design.
• Automate security reviews, vulnerability handling, and cloud security governance.
• Own end-to-end security services, including CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
