Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a senior leader to drive product and platform innovation for its Corporate Banking Group. The role shapes digital origination, automation, CRM, and lifecycle platforms to deliver growth and superior client experience.

You will oversee portfolio governance, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Risk, and Operations, while mentoring a team of product managers and platform specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in product management or related roles.
• Eight (8) years of leadership and direct management experience.

Responsibilities

• Defines and governs multi-year roadmap for digital origination, automation, CRM, and client lifecycle platforms.
• Chairs the Product and Platform Innovation Working Group and prioritizes initiatives across business lines.
• Leads and develops a high-performing team of product managers and platform specialists.
