Job summary
Regions Bank seeks a Corporate Banking Group Product and Platform Innovation Manager to provide leadership for digital origination, automation, CRM, and lifecycle platforms. Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, platform governance, or related roles.
- 8+ years of leadership and direct management of multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven experience owning enterprise platform roadmaps and CRM/automation adoption.
Responsibilities
- Defines and governs multi-year roadmap for digital origination, automation, CRM, and client lifecycle platforms.
- Chairs the Product and Platform Innovation Working Group and prioritizes initiatives across business lines.
- Partners with Technology, Risk, and Operations to align delivery and unblock execution.
- Leads and develops a high-performing team of product managers and platform specialists.
- Ensures integration of risk and control requirements across all product and lifecycle initiatives.
