Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, or quantitative discipline with relevant professional experience.
• 14+ years in Strategic Forecasting and experience leading forecasting engagements for global pharma clients.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of AI, ML, and analytics to drive forecasting innovation.
• Experience in client delivery excellence, practice growth, and thought leadership.
• Proven capability to develop talent and lead diverse teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across functions.
