Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is hiring an Associate, People Intelligence to advance an AI-native analytics function that turns people data into actionable decisions.

You will design, build, and operate AI-enabled workflows, dashboards, and internal tools, partnering with HR Lifecycle and other teams to standardize processes and reduce manual effort. This role demands strong SQL, data governance, and a builder mindset.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and data modeling; understands data movement across systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to accelerate analytical work.
• Experience building internal tools and automation for data workflows.
• Knowledge of data privacy, governance, and ownership practices.

Responsibilities

• Build analyses, dashboards, and AI-powered insights for HR, Recruiting, Finance, and leaders.
• Write SQL to connect and validate people data across source systems and Snowflake.
• Design and maintain internal apps, AI-agent workflows, and self-service tools.
• Partner with HR and People teams to automate programs and reduce manual work.
• Create data maps, data dictionaries, and SOPs; ensure governance and auditability.
