Libra Solutions is seeking a Partner Integration Engineer to own the end-to-end integration journey for partners, from initial technical discussions to stable production connections. You will bridge business and engineering teams, discuss APIs, data mapping, authentication, and error handling, and drive documentation and guides with AI-assisted tools.

You will report to the VP AI Transformation and may be based in Denver, CO, or other listed offices; remote candidates are welcome with occasional

Qualifications

• Experience integrating with partners to submit claims for processing, underwriting, and funding.
• Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders in plain language.
• Proven track record delivering engineering-ready requirements and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for Libra partners during integration.
• Lead technical discovery, define scope, risks, and sequencing.
• Translate requirements for non-technical and technical stakeholders; work on API design and data mapping.
• Design practical integration solutions and evaluate trade-offs.
• Troubleshoot integrations via API calls, DB queries, logs, and code review.
• Produce specifications, integration guides, and diagrams with AI-assisted tools.
• Own the integration plan and align all parties on status and blockers.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, underwriting, and operations to drive progress.
• Validate before go-live with testing and data verification; support launch.
• Contribute to Libra's integration knowledge base and reusable patterns.
• Identify recurring friction and suggest API/documentation improvements.
