Qualifications

• Experience integrating with partners to submit claims, underwriting, and funding.
• Ability to translate technical requirements for both engineers and business stakeholders.
• Experience with API design, data mapping, authentication, and error handling.
• Ability to produce engineering-ready specs and documentation quickly using AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for partners integrating with Libra.
• Lead technical discovery with each partner: understand systems, data, constraints, scope, risks, sequencing.
• Translate integration requirements to non-technical stakeholders and work with engineers on API design and data mapping.
• Design practical integration solutions and evaluate trade-offs for partners' technical maturity.
• Troubleshoot integration issues via API calls, database queries, logs, and code review.
• Turn customer needs into engineering-ready requirements, user stories, and integration specs for AI agents and engineering teams.
• Direct AI-assisted tools to produce specs, guides, diagrams, and customer-facing documentation; ensure accuracy and edge-case coverage.
• Own the integration plan and keep all parties aligned on status, next steps, and blockers.
• Drive cross-team work through influence; escalate risks early when needed.
• Validate integrations before go-live and support customers through launch and stabilization.
• Contribute to Libra's integration knowledge base and patterns for AI agents and engineering teams.
• Identify recurring integration friction and propose API/documentation improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned
