Job summary

Kele Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Specialist in Memphis to own day-to-day paid search and shopping campaigns, integrating AI across creative, bidding, feeds, and reporting. You will drive EBITDA-accretive growth by turning a large catalog into a scalable media engine and validating each channel within an iROAS framework.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation and collaborate with a junior analyst and data analytics team to optimize spend and measurement.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on paid media buying experience, focused on paid search and shopping.
• Direct experience advertising for an eCommerce business with 100K+ SKUs and 10+ brands.
• Demonstrated experience using AI to manage and scale an ad account (creative, automation, bidding, feeds).
• Proven expertise running Local Inventory Ads, Search, and Shopping on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Experience designing controlled incrementality and A/B tests with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to build repeatable frameworks across large, complex accounts.
• Experience collaborating with creative and content teams for ad copy and assets.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid search and shopping campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Orchestrate AI across the full campaign lifecycle: creative generation, automation, bidding, feed management, and analytics.
• Develop a repeatable framework for handling large catalogs and scaling to new platforms.
• Manage product feeds ensuring accuracy, coverage, and segmentation to support profitable growth.
• Launch and validate new advertising platforms within an iROAS testing framework to ensure EBITDA impact.
• Design and interpret controlled incrementality experiments and AB tests to guide budget allocation.
• Make data-driven spend decisions in collaboration with analysts and the data team.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and brand teams to refine ad copy and assets.
