Job summary

Accenture is seeking a dynamic Organization Change Management professional to partner with clients on AI-enabled transformations. You will design and implement change programs, leveraging GenAI analytics to guide adoption, readiness, and skills shifts in technology-driven environments.

Role requires 2+ years in OCM, consulting experience, and understanding of data-informed change. Travel to client sites will be required as needed, with strong emphasis on governance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in environments shaped by data, automation, and Generative AI.
• Design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change in contexts where ways of working, roles, and skills are evolving rapidly alongside advances in technology and AI.
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and responsible use while reinforcing clear human accountability and governance.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption and behavior change, and inform decisions and course correction.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies that enable new ways of working, including operating models where humans and digital tools work together seamlessly.
• Apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions and personalized change journeys that can be scaled through digital and AI-enabled approaches.
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities so they can continuously adapt as technologies, business models and ways of working evolve.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and building trusted client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
