Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Organization Change Manager for the Chemicals & Natural Resources industry to help clients reinvent how their organizations operate in an AI-enabled, data-informed world. You will design and lead enterprise change programs, partner with clients on GenAI usage, and leverage analytics to guide adoption and training across human + digital teams.

The role emphasizes shaping operating models, workforce readiness, and governance while delivering scalable change

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemicals & Natural Resources industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in environments shaped by data, automation, and Generative AI
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change in contexts where ways of working, roles, and skills are evolving rapidly alongside advances in technology and AI
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and responsible use while reinforcing clear human accountability and governance.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption and behavior change, and inform decisions and course correction.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies that enable new ways of working, including operating models where humans and digital tools work together seamlessly.
• Apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions and personalized change journeys that can be scaled through digital and AI-enabled approaches Use Generative AI thoughtfully to accelerate change delivery, such as developing, testing, and tailoring engagement content, learning assets, and manager enablement, while remaining accountable for quality, tone, and impact
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities so they can continuously adapt as technologies, business models and ways of working evolve.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and building trusted client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
