The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in project management or related fields, strong knowledge of generative AI, and proven ability to drive ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, business transformation, enterprise tech, or related consulting.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects from assessment through implementation and measurable results.
• Strong working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, workflow automation, and practical business applications of AI.
• Experience mapping business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, developing implementation plans, and measuring ROI.
• Demonstrated success selecting and managing external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners, including oversight of budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Working knowledge of Accounting and Finance operations, including financial workflows, reporting, controls, and systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess processes and identify opportunities with leaders across departments.
• Lead AI implementation with an enterprise roadmap and defined milestones.
• Drive accounting and finance transformation through automation and improved reporting.
• Manage vendors and implementation partners, defining scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Drive adoption and responsible AI use with governance and training.
