Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business operations, analytics, or tech-driven process improvement.
• Proven experience building or implementing AI-enabled workflows with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to map workflows and identify bottlenecks for efficiency gains.
• Comfort with dashboards, data tooling, and modernAutomation platforms.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to understand workflows, challenges, and business priorities.
• Map how work gets done, identify bottlenecks, redesign processes to boost productivity and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, low-code tools, and workflow software.
• Prototype lightweight AI-assisted solutions using low-code platforms and dashboards.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and technology teams on more advanced solutions.
• Analyze operational data, define KPIs, and quantify impact of improvements.
• Build operational dashboards, reporting tools, and training materials.
• Own improvement initiatives from discovery through adoption and optimization.
