Job summary

Urrly, Inc. seeks a Business Operations & AI Transformation Lead to own improvements across healthcare operations, from identifying workflow bottlenecks to implementing AI-enabled solutions and guiding teams through adoption.

You will partner with leaders across operations, clinical services, scheduling, provider management, finance, and customer success to map work, redesign processes, and measure impact with dashboards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, data analysis, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar business processes quickly and identify meaningful improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• High ownership and bias toward execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to understand workflows, challenges, and priorities.
• Map how work gets done, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, low-code tools, and workflow software.
• Prototype lightweight AI-enabled solutions independently.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and technology teams on advanced solutions when needed.
• Analyze operational data to define KPIs and quantify impact.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and operating procedures.
• Own improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation and optimization.
