This builder role reports to co-founder/CEO and is deployed wherever the work is hardest, identifying high-leverage workflows and shipping AI-native solutions that transform how teams operate. What you bring: an AI-native mindset, a track record shipping automations and agents, strong data intuition, and superb communication to align technical and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI-enabled workflows and agents.
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, CS, Marketing, Ops and Talent.

Responsibilities

• Identify the highest-leverage AI workflows across non-engineering teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Ops, Talent).
• Diagnose constraints and ship AI-native solutions that permanently change how the team operates.
• Set the bar for AI-native operating standards across the company: tools, expectations, and six-month goals.
• Decide what to build in-house vs. what to buy and accelerate leverage with AI.
